Pacifica Seafood & Raw Bar:  This is easily one of the best summertime restaurants in Aspen.  Pacifica has premier outdoor mall seating and seafood so fresh that you'll forget where you are.  

It's next to Rio Grande Park in Aspen.  Plan lunch around Food & Wine, Ruggerfest, or another day when town is not so busy. We'll see you at Pacifica.

Jimmy's, An American Restaurant & Bar:  Jimmy's needs no introduction for anyone familiar with the Aspen restaurant scene.  It's a sure shot with consistently delicious food, outstanding margaritas, and sunshine on the summer patio.  Mouth watering just thinking about it.

Jimmy's also boasts one of the friendliest and best bar staffs in town.  Check out Jimmy's Restaurant in Aspen.

LuLu Wilson's:  All of the other Hot List selections have been focused on the daytime.  Our pick for nightlife in Aspen this summer is LuLu's.  The patio has a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and you can catch a cool breeze on most nights.  The food is wonderful, and this is a great place for starting or ending your night out in Aspen.
